General Overview		Valisi Aalox, a Denobulan on board the Atlantis as part of an exchange program, learning about human engineering and providing denobulan experience. Was only supposed to be onboard for a few months before returning home to his family, wife Aliza and daughter, Paramoni Age 2. Hasn’t been particularly noteworthy past 160 days as he is still learning about human engineering, but now that he has a better understanding of the design and capabilities of the ship, he is becoming significantly more helpful to the engineering team.

Personal History		Born on Denobula. Studied aerospace engineering and began work at the Denobula Shipyard. While he has experience in space travel, he has never left Denobula space prior to joining the Atlantis. He married Aliza four years ago, and celebrated the birth of his first child, daughter Paramoni two years ago. His daughter was born with a rare respiratory illness. This would have been fatal, however the Vulcan’s Interspecies Medical Exchange Program had discovered a cure the year prior from their work on Earth. This began his interest in learning about other species, and what cooperation with them could yield. He began seeking for a way to participating in an engineering version of the program. After a year and a half, he was successful at being placed into starfleet. He was assigned to the Atlantis to learn and study human engineering techniques. While less advanced than denobulan design, the humans have come up with very interesting approaches to ship design theory that is worth studying, and could hopefully gain him that lead design engineer position he had always dreamed of.
